"Just not quite what I expected"
The item just looked a bit different from the photos, and the fabric was thinner than I expected based on the description. It’s still wearable, but it’s just not really what I thought I was buying.

"Quick response and genuinely helpful service"
I reached out to fashionhouseus.com with a question about my order and wasn’t expecting to hear back that quickly, but they replied fast. The person who helped me was friendly and explained everything clearly without making it complicated. I didn’t have to go back and forth a bunch of times either — my issue was taken care of the same day. Based on my experience, their customer service is really solid and I’d be happy to order from them again...

I reached out to customer service sometime last week, or maybe it was the week before, and they got back to me really quickly. Super easy to deal with and they helped me sort everything out fast.

"I was disappointed when this..."
I was disappointed when this arrived. The fabric looked decent in the photos, but in person? Rough. It felt scratchy against my skin and wasn’t soft at all. Bummer. It ended up making the whole outfit feel kind of cheap, so I definitely wouldn’t order from here again.

"Usually decent stock, but I’m not totally convinced"
They did have my size in stock, which was a nice surprise, but a few of the colors were weirdly sold out. Makes me wonder how often they actually restock, but overall it worked out this time

"Cute in photos, but felt really outdated in person"
I was kind of torn because some of the pieces looked nice online, but when I actually saw them, the styles felt outdated. The photos made everything seem more modern than it really was, so that was frustrating. The colors and cuts just didn’t come together for me, and I kept thinking they looked a bit old-fashioned instead of fresh.

"Decent quality, but not worth the price"
The quality was fine, nothing really wrong with what showed up, but for the price I expected a lot more. I’ve ordered similar items from a few competitors for less, and they felt about the same or even better. Not a terrible purchase, just hard to justify the cost.

"Looks nice, but the fit could be better"
I ordered this from fashionhouseus.com, and overall the clothes looked good when they arrived. The fit was okay, but a little tighter than I was expecting, especially around the shoulders, which is always the spot that seems to be tricky for me, of course. The fabric is decent, not the softest thing ever, but still comfortable enough to wear. I’m going to keep it, but I wouldn’t say I’m completely happy with how it feels.

"Not the quality I was hoping for"
I ordered this jacket because it looked really nice online, but in person the fabric literally feels cheap. There were also a few loose threads in the stitching, which was disappointing. It’s still wearable, but for the price, I don’t think it was worth it. I probably wouldn’t order again.

I found a few nice items, so it wasn’t a total miss, but the selection felt limited overall. I was hoping for more options to choose from. Personally, I’d say it’s okay if you just want to browse, but I probably wouldn’t go out of my way for it

"Fit was off and it felt like my issue to fix"
I ordered my usual size, but it showed up way tighter than I expected. The style itself was cute, so that was disappointing, but the sizing just didn’t work for me. I also didn’t really feel like going through the hassle of an exchange, especially with that whole feeling of them making it my problem to sort out. If you’re ordering from here, I’d probably size up

I ordered one size and somehow got a completely different one. It wasn’t what I picked at all, so now I have to deal with returning it. Customer service just gave me one of those canned “sorry for the inconvenience” replies, which made it more annoying.

"Checkout was a mess, and support didn’t help much"
I tried to order a dress, but the checkout process was such a headache. The page kept loading really slowly, and after I entered my address, my cart randomly changed, which made me stop and double-check everything.
The shipping and tax didn’t show up until way too late in the process, and then my card got declined even though I use it all the time with no issues. I tried again thinking it was just a glitch, but the same thing happened.

I reached out to support, but the response felt like a copy-paste answer that didn’t really address what was going on. At that point, I didn’t feel comfortable entering my payment info again, so I just gave up and left without ordering.

"Promises sounded good, but the replies were confusing"
They made it seem like getting help would be simple and straightforward, but that really wasn’t my experience. Every time I asked something, the replies were vague and hard to understand. I just wanted a clear answer, but it felt like they kept talking around the issue instead of actually explaining anything

"Felt Like I Was Getting Passed Around"
The site was frustrating to use. It loaded slowly, and the menus weren’t very clear, so I kept clicking around trying to find what I needed. It felt like I was being passed around from one place to another without getting anywhere.

"I wasn’t totally sure about ordering from Fashion..."
I wasn’t totally sure about ordering from Fashion House US at first, but it ended up being a good experience. I got updates when I needed them, the item looked like what I ordered, and there were no weird extra charges. It was simple, useful, and felt legit. I’d order from them again.

"Color didn’t match the photos"
The dress fit fine overall, no real issues there, but the color was different from what I expected. I ordered the soft pink, and in person it looked way more orangey than the pictures showed. I reached out to support and they basically said something like, “colors can vary a bit depending on lighting and screens,” which I get, but it still felt like a bigger difference than that. Kinda disappointing, and I’m not sure I’d order again...

"Exchange was fine, just kinda slow"
I ordered a dress from fashionhouseus.com and the sizing didnt work for me, so I needed to exchange it. Starting the exchange was simple, but it did take a few days before I heard anything back.

They eventually sent the new size and it fits a lot better, so that part was good. I just wish they gave faster updates because I wasnt really sure what was happening for a bit. Overall not a bad experience, but it could definitely be smoother.
